First let me say that Robert was prompt and showed up when he said he would. This is not the standard for all businesses but it is for Dog-On! The project I needed Robert's help on ended up being a bigger issue than I originally thought but Robert walked me through what was going on and showed me what he was doing step by step. This really showed I could trust what he said and the work he was doing. It was really nice to be involved in my own house and Robert explained everything in a way that made the problem easy to understand. That made me feel really comfortable with the project. I have already recommended his services to several people and will definitely be using Dog-On for future projects!
